    • Batch Shipping

      Is there a way you can accommodate batch shipping?

      Perhaps the ability of leaving orders open until a buyer requests shipment or a setting where I can tell the app to combine print purchases made within 2 weeks or something?

        1/ In print description, please indicate if it's in inches or centimeters

        2/ There is no information about VAT. If VAT included in price ?

        3/ I would love to know where you post winners of your monthly giveaway

        4/ RSS - note that there is one RSS for 1xRun.com and one RSS for 1xRun's blog. You could combine them may be ?

        5/ RSS - Then your website RSS is not showing images which s*cks bad

          1. All our dimensions are in inches, but that’s a good point. We should be more clear about it in the description.

          2. VAT depends on the country a package goes to. It is typical and legal practice for businesses to mark the actual value of products and the VAT is then assessed upon arrival to your country of residence. There is no way for us to include VAT in prices because customer in France would have different costs than one in Mexico, USA, or China…

          3. We post some of our winners on facebook and twitter (if they are okay with their name being public). It sounds like a nice idea to have a page on 1xRUN for the winners! Thanks for that.

          4. We can bring this to our developer. Good idea.

          5. That’s strange, it should really show images being an art site haha! I didn’t…

            It sounds like a good idea to include a few tips about framing and also storing your art in a FAQ page. We’re currently working on changing our about and contact pages… this could be included.

          • iPhone APP

            It would be really awesome if 1xRUN had an iPhone app. Sometimes a print drops while I'm commuting to work, and it takes a long time to enter all the info on my phone. If you had some kind of app with the available prints and you could remember my payment info, I bet I'd buy a lot more!!
